Of all the pain meds that I have been prescribed, this is the one thqat I love. It seems that I can miss a dose if I am not hurting and not become sick. I had been taking 10/650 Hydrocodon since 1997, And just in the last couple months my doctor changed it to Hydrocodon 10/500 which I it does not have as much Tylenol in it and I was told if you take too much Tylenol over a long period of time it can cause problems of it's own.So after 10+yrs I'm gald he changed it. I have gone from 15 pills a month from 1997 to 60 a month in the last 10 yrs. for headaches, and backaches. I can't funtion with out it. But there are some months I have to take more than 2 a day, which cause me to do without for a 3 to 4 days , I can only tell I haven't taken them after 5or so days.And to combat that feeling I just make sure I stay ahead of those feelings by eating more soup, and and light foods. I have never gone through withdrawal feelings . Since I know what withdrawals is really like since back in the last 1960's for a couple yrs. I used Heroin. And smoke pot for over 30 yrs until 10 yrs ago when I realize it just just wasn't worth the trouble anymore. To old to get busted, to old to go to prison. But I will say it is , and never was additive. So don't let the government fool you. Sure it is a banned drug. But now that medical pot has come out in some states, to bad I don't live there. I would trade these pain pills for that in a heartbeat. I you can help from taking these pain pills that is great. But if you have tell your Doctor to give you the lowest tylenol possible. It can cause you stomach problems and liver problems.
