I fell down the stairs and broke my tailbone and strained the joints in my back. This drug seems to help with the joint pain, however, I am having swelling of my fingers and some problems with my vision. Started with low dosage of this then increased to 320 mg. Have severe rash and think it is from this medication. Not sure but I took lower dosaage for 3 or 4 weeks then increased had rash before increase and it is getting worse. Am alsmost sure from this, I will be calling my Doctor tomorrow. First, I'm under medical supervision while on this pill. I see a weight loss Dr. every week to be sure I'm doing well. In just 6 weeks I lost 15 lbs. Under medical supervision, I was on a strict low fat NO CARB diet for the first 2 weeks and just light walks. Week 3, I was able to add some of the low carb veggies to my salads. I drink 90-100 oz of water PER DAY, which is VERY IMPORTANT and my excersice still consist of light jogs/walks. You CANNOT lose weight on the pill alone. You have to eat healthy low fat meats & low carb veggies and LOTS of water and at the very least take a 30 minute stroll. The first week on the pill I took 1/2 a pill at wake up. The second week I took half at wake up half at 10 am and NO LATER. On the third week I took the whole pill at wake up and still do that now. I have therefore had no side effects and feel better than I have in years!! I still have 30lbs to lose but I'm optimistic as this pill controls my desire to eat anything in front of me. Without the pill, I know I'd be starving in the evening as its my usual time of increased appetite. I'm also addicted to soda pop and anything sweet but while on this pill (and with some will power), I am able to completely skip any and all sweet stuff. I've been on so many diets but by the end of my day I'm almost always STARVING so nothing worked until I started on this. I'm 39 and can't wait to look fabulous and feel fabulous for my big 4-0, which has not happened since I was in my 20's!! Does this pill work?
