I started my prescription of Phentermine on Saturday. I took a half of one the first day. I haven't had to many side effects. Lack of sleep and drymouth are the only ones I have experienced. USE WITH CAUTION!!! I personally would not recommend this to anyone. It put me very near death and I am extremely lucky to be alive (according to the Dr.). I took Famvir for a month at the age of 21 and it actually was great for my bipolar symptoms. I had tried so many medications that did not work and Famvir finally helped. However, at the end of that first month I rode an ambulance and helicopter to 3 different hospitals and ended up in a burn center. I suffered burns for head to toe; inside and out. The palms of my hands and the soles of my feet actually peeled off in whole. The result actually changed my eyesight (I found out later that people actually have gone blind).It was devastating for me, my family, and my friends. 8 years later I still suffer from effects as well as have scars all over my body. Was prescibed after having 2 scopes on the same knee. Medicine works for pain control, but not long enough for only 2 pills daily. I'm having a very hard time falling asleep and remaining asleep (huge problem). I'll get very stiff if I don't take it. Diagnosed at age 41,DCIS Stage IIA, 2 lymps positive, 4 AC 12 Taxols went well, no problem, done at the end of June 2011. Joint stiffness, hot flashes and numbness from Taxol. Got better after Chemo. Start Tamoxifen Sept 26th, 2011. So far so good. I just don't know when the side effects supposed to hit me. Joint stiffness still here, hot flashes has somewhat disappeared. Still easily tired. Sex drive gone before dignosed anyway. I don't feel as sharp as I used to be. A small weight gain I guess but I think it's also related to getting older and after 2 kids.
