Used it after having hernia surgery. Made me nauseous for the first day. After that, felt great...felt like I could do cartwheels. It did experience a very scary incident of constipation, only once,as I couldn't strain and was scared my stitches would tear. But from what I've heard, most pain medications will cause constipation.
