I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and put on this drug. Had a sore throat that lasted for 3 weeks... thought I was coming down with something. Next my top lip sweled up, than I started having horrible indigestion, last but not least I woke up one morning with my eyes and face so swollen I immediately called my Dr. and told him I was getting off of this drug. He said to cut back to 30 mg for 4 to 5 days. I was on 60 mg. I took 30 mg for two days and than quit taking it. It's been 10 days and I'm still suffering with all these side effects.. but not as severe. My dr. said it could take 21 days for it to leave my system. It's been a nightmare. No body else mentions having any of these side effects but I never experienced feeling like this until I was on the cymbalta. I have used Albuterol for one and a half weeks. I used to have daily bowel movements like clockwork, but now will miss a day and when I go the next day have diarreah. Also, shortly after taking the 150 mg capsule I get upset stomach, twice per day. I take while eating breakfast and dinner. I have also experienced itching on my face, which I never had before.
