i am 31 years old i went to the ER with a really bad asthma flare they put this med in an IV for me there and a breathing treatment got me to breath again then they prescribed the pills 3 a day for 5 days. After the second day i went for a fallow up wit what used to be my doc and she said to lower the dose because i would get sick again from withdrawl so i did it been 6 days i am now only taking on 20mg a day and am feeling much better. i did get perenoid and i could sleep for a few days but small price to pay to be able to breath. i have not noticed weight gain in stead i go to the bath room quit often by MARY from Shaver Lake, CA

I have been on this drug for 4 years and have been satisfied overall. I do have some weight gain I cannot take off no matter what, and also my sexual desire is next to nothing which my husband dislikes. I take it at night because it does make me tired during the day and I often take a sleep aid to sleep through the night. Nothing too major just a Tylenol PM but the sleeping is a factor since I have a 2 year-old.
