I think the effects of this medicine must be widely varied from person to person. I have had two broken ankles (severe), and also fibromyalgia (which I never had before the ankle breads). I have ALWAYS had problems with pain meds. Oxycodone and Percoset do not work, neither did tramadol. Morphine works but makes me dizzy, I cannot walk or speak correctly, and I get stupid ( I dont know any other way to say it). Nyucynta has worked well for me, with no noticeable side effects. It works better for the fibromyalgia then the pain in my ankles (which I will never have full use of again). I can take it ever four hours @ 50mg but what I usually do is take two twice a day(which I did tell my pain management dr). That seems to work better so I think I just need a higher dose to really eliminate my ankle pain. But I really do like this medicine. No puking, no sitting around waiting for it to work, its just a good fit for me. Just because not all people can use it doesnt make the drug bad. I mean I dont go on a oxycodne website and write bad reviews just because it doesnt work for me. So give it a try and see how you do. by JOSHUA from Dewey, IL
