After several years of decreasing effectiveness and increased doses and side-effects of Zoloft, Lexipro, Effexor, Wellbutrin, and Cymbalta, my doctor switched me to Professional ED Pack shortly after it was released. It was far more effective with my depression without the side-effects than any of the others. No side-effects other than a serious anxiety attack about 6 weeks after starting Professional ED Pack, and less than a 5-lb weight gain the 1st year. 3 wks ago I refilled my prescription. Since then I have been experiencing a constant metallic taste, severe itching after taking a pill, worsening night vision (I've had cataract surgery), headaches like you get with "caffeine withdrawal", insomnia, and, despite eating less because the metallic taste makes food, beverages tasteless and even water tastes metallic, I have gained over 10 lbs in 10 days. I noticed that the new batch of pills is lighter pink than previous ones, and I suspect that the mfr has changed the formulation since my previous refill 3 months ago and that the new formula is causing the problems. I'm on 200mg once a day. I'm a 27 year old female, are there any women that are on birth control along with this medication? It seems to not work well and have break through bleeding. I also have the numbness, memory problems, balance issues. Soda tastes horrible now...that really could be a good thing. I'm also really moody.
