I have only been on this for a few weeks and am taking 25mg twice a day. I can't tell yet if it is help the headaches but I am having alot of numbness in my hands and lower legs and feet. Sometimes it is about unbearable but I am going to keep trying for a while. My doc says he will increase the doseage monthly until we get to 200mg a day but I am concerned about the side affects; if it works I would try to deal with them because I dont thnk anything could be worse than the pain I have had for the past ten years, almost daily!!! I WAS PRESCRIBED THIS MEDICINE NOV 15TH 2008. I WENT TO THE E.R WITH INFECTION ON MY FINGER. IT IS NOW NOV 22 2008 I STOPPED TAKING THIS MEDICATION!!! Unfortunately I forgot this med causes cough. I went to 3 different Dr's/Nurse Pract. at the same practice. They all gave me Z-pak antibiotics and cough medicine. The problem came back after 10 months, then 5 months, then 2 months. Finally I got in to my prescribing Doctor.
