Well it does it's job very very well but I had a very strange side effect that only my mother and I (as she was also on it) had. I slept about 20 hours straight about once a week or I slept 14 hours every night. This also occured when my dose was moved up from 20 mL to 40mL.I was, before it, a self harmer. Probably once every other day, about a month after I was able to stop completely though this doesn't always happen. It sometimes made my head spin a little and I was often dizzy, though that is possibly just me. The other thing is I had severe withdrawal reactions. To be honest i felt like i had an axe in my head. My best advice with that is don't drive, don't take any of your thoughts seriously, and likely if you call a pharmacy they will give you two if you can't get through the weekend (i discovered this and it was a lifesaver). Most people apparently do not have this problem. It also works very very well along with concerta. It is a very good drug for what it does just doesn't match up with my body chemistry.
