It started to relieve my gout flare up with the first pill. I also noticed I was a little lightheaded or woosy. I was dosage was one pill three times a day. After the second day my gout was almost gone but noticed a strange headache almost like a bad hangover at the end of the second day. Taking it with food is also a must and drink plenty of water. I still get cramping at times but worth it to relieve my gout symptoms. I have also tried these expensive food supliments that clames to cure gout but it seems I wasted my money. Strick diet of foods low in purines seem to help the most. I also lost 20 pounds after eating the right foods. If you start eating right after the first attach you probably won't have another. I wish someone had told me that 15 years ago when I had my first after a bad sprained ankle. My doctor just gave me colchicine (sp) and it went away. I kept it on hand for future attachs.
