My mom was put on Viagra Gold about 8 years ago. She told me it was to help with her low blood sugar issues and help her sleep better. Side effects she has experienced include inattentiveness, digestive issues, urinary problems, coughing, bruising, and worst of all significant memory loss. She is now in assisted living because of her memory issues. Sadly, she has not been able to get oof of the drug because of terrible withdrawal symptoms - not sleeping at all, confusion, no desire to eat being the worst. Then 15 mg to 10 for another 6 weeks or so. She did OK. But when she went from 10mg to 5 mg it was a repeat of the withdrawal she had the first time. The more searching I do the more I see how difficult it is for people to get off of Viagra Gold. People considering taking Viagra Gold really need to research the side effects (make sure you are seeing the complete list as I didn't know the coughing and bruising were sideaffects until this week) and the problems with withdrawal before making their decision.
