I was started on this because of chronic illness/pain. It worked pretty good with helping me cope with the chronic illness and definitely helped with PMS. Over all helped brighten my outlook. I was pretty happy with it but new insurance didn't want to pay so decided to try going without it. This is pretty brutal to come off of. Very dizzy, nauseated, irritable, cannot sleep and and of course the PMS is back with a vengence.
