The side effects of this drug for me were absolutely terrible. I had headaches, dizziness, and my vision was nothing but a blurry cloud of light. It made me feel very drowzy and sick to my stomach. PLEASE Use this Rx with Care. My GP prescribed this med for me @ .25 prn. It worked great, then I began having medical issues from extreme anxiety so he doubled the dosage. That was 25 years ago. If I knew then what I do now I would have used much different methods for this drug can be very addicting even if you have never abused meds. The longer you are on it the larger the dosage is needed. Before I began tapering off I was on 6 mg. daily!!! For short term use I think this is an excellent med though I caution anyone that is just now beginning this.
