There is something funny going on with generic norco, and this is something I think the average consumer should know. Different people respond differently to different manufacturer's norco generics. I personally prefer the Watson brand, and always find good, quick pain relief from them. However, two or three times I have had to fill the script I have at a different pharmacy and have gotten Qualitest brand instead. These do not work half as well. I could take double the amount of Qualitest to cut the same amount of pain as the Watson brand is able to eliminate. I once thought they were placebos and the other time I took them I thought I was in a flare because the pain was still so excruciating. Now I know it is simply a difference in brand. So know your brands, shop around, and don't always assume it's your body that is different. Not all generics are equal.
