My whole life, I've never been able to lay down and just go to sleep. I usually take 2-4 hours (same problem my dad has, could be genetic), and never sleep more than an hour or two at a time. With a combination of Mestinon and Celexa (for my depression) I easily fall asleep 45-60 minutes after taking 10mg and stay asleep all night, as long as I don't miss that window. Mestinon was perscribed to me by my Doctor. My blood pressure was normally 180/110. About two week ago, I started taking Mestinon. I have terrible aches in all my joints, I have stomach pains, feel dizzy, sick to my stomach, sweat profushiosly, and my blood pressure plumits to 80/60. I feel as though I am going to pass out. I felt anxious, depressed, just a feeling of not being "right". I suffered from constipation and had some difficulty sleeping.
