I have been reading the reviews for this medicine and I seem to be the only person who has had adverse effects of this medication. I tried twice to take this medicine and it has given me nausea and colon spasms which is what this medicine is suppose to control. It made me dizzy, weak and nausiated. This drug worked too well. I was not anxious at all b/c all I wanted to do was sleep! I was prescribed .05mg prn. I tried 1/2 and then a 1/4 of a pill without success. I feel like I stayed on it long enough for the side effects to cease(3 mos), but no luck. If I was not sleeping I felt extremely tired all the time. iv had depression for a few years and we decided i should probably be treated, i was put on celexa and it didn't do much for me. my moods were worse and i felt no different i just felt at a leveled angry mood. when i quit taking the medication i felt better and my mothers boyfriend even said he liked me better off of the medication. i also have a neighbor whose son is also on celexa and she is having the same problem. i just don't feel that it works. by OMAR from Gallatin Gateway, MT
