The prescription was to take this pill 2x day for bacterial infection that caused vomiting and diarrhea. My first reaction to this drug was that it made me quite sleepy. Not good for working so I decided to expand the hours to evening before taking my second dose. 12 hours after taking my first dose, I also noticed that my face started itching like CRAZY. This itching has become more intense as time for my 3rd dose approached. While doing home work, I decided to check Web MD to see if this drug contained sulfur, as I am allergic to sulfur and itching is the first sign that something I've ingested has sulfur in it. What I found in many of these review is that most patients experienced some variation of itching or rash discomfort. Now the itching has expanded to my scalp. I've only taken 3 doses, but I won't be taking any more. I feel bumps on my face and more than likely, they are on my scalp.
