I think that if I had taken the full 10 doses of this it would have killed me. That's how horrible I felt after only taking 5 of these pills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Five days after the last pill I took, I'm still having severe joint pain in my knees, hands and arms. It made me extremely dizzy and miserable. The scary part is my doctor had never heard of all the side affects and acted like I was making it up! I told her she should read up on it in her spare time. I just hope that all this pain in my joints goes away. I have pain going up or down stairs. I cannot stand for more than a couple of minutes without serious pain.
