I had a car accident in 1998. I was hit while at a red light, the truck didn't see me, and hit me @ 40 miles per hour. I have had sever back pain for 15 years, I was on Vicoprophen for 4years. I was started on this drug 3 yrs ago, and when my condition worsened, Surgeon did a scope and found erosion of the esophagus and said to take it twice a day. When my condition improved, Surgeon said to take it once a day, or if condition worsenes, take it twice a day again.
