Was not told not to take with nexium. Took it two days and had a mild seizure. Did not think it was related to med. I would never take this again if it means crying in pain all day and night. I was prescribed Mestinon for my back/muscle spasms. The spasms usually occur at night and are so severe that I soak myself and bedding with sweat and often can't even stand or walk. I have been on 6 different antidepressants over the past 20 years and was just prescribed Penisole Oil. They have all seemed to work for a while but eventually just stop working. I have high hopes for this one as my psychiatrist said that she has had fairly good luck using this drug. I'm weaning off Pristiq which has made me extremely tired which resulted in my PCP giving me Ritalin to stay awake and xanax for anxiety.
