Can't really give my recommendation or not for this drug. Only thing I can say is that after 3 days, I have had chest pain / pressure, tiredness, lethargy and just felt off. I'm in good shape at 42 and just spent 3 hours and an ER making sure I wasn't having a mild heart attack. Thankfully, I was not. But i'm done with this before I've even started. Keppra was effective upon the first dose that I took. We started me at 50 mg and I am currently on 400 mg. I started out dizzy and drowsy but eventually this subsided.
