Do not take this drug! I was on Zithromax for migraines. It helped with the migraines, however, I gained 30 lbs in 6 months! So I asked my doc to wean me off. I am on my 3rd week of weaning off. I was only taking 75 mlg to begin with and he put me on 37.5 mlg. 1st week wasn't bad, but last week was from hell! I was all loopy, couldn't focus, had vertigo, and was having hot flashes. Now I am still having vertigo problems but not as bad. The hot flashes are worse than ever (and it's currently 50 degrees outside). Took Viibyrd for my anxiety disorder. The medicine was barely effective with awful side effects. Nausea, depersonlizarption, dizziness, vivid dreams, sleeplessness. I took it for two months hoping I will see a difference but it did no good. Finally stopped it one fine day against the common advise to gradually wean off.
