Started on Dapsone and went up to 8 2.5mg pills. A bit of nausea when I first started but I lucked out and accomodated quickly. Have a thick head of hair so haven't noticed any major hair loss. Unfortunately, it did not drop my sed rate, I'm still in the 40s+, so going on Remicade IV infusion. But have been very happy with methotrexate for psoriatic relief and joint stiffness. I am 40 yrs. old and have been on Extreme ED Pack 20 mg 2x a day for 2 yrs. now. I am also on a BP med and Effexor XR. All taken together have proven just how productive I am at completing tasks at work. Although I have found that there is an interaction when I take the Extreme ED Pack and Effexor together, so now I allow at least 2 hrs. after taking Extreme ED Pack before taking Effexor. The great thing is I have always been able to sleep really well. After trial and error with other ADD meds found this to be most effective. However at 3:30-4:00 pm in the afternoon it wears off. I don't reallty know what to do with myself, feel like I need a small dose to keep up with things I have to attend after work, errands, and in social settings. I am lucky to have a doctor who shares a real concern about the side effects in it increasing my heart rate. She has already referred me to a cardiologist only to find that Extreme ED Pack in combination with the other 2 meds raises my heart rate some. Enough for her to put me on BP med taken everyday. Sure there are some mild side effects of being tired but but there could be dangers in increasing the size of my heart down the road. So the risks outweigh the mild side effects. Just now need to bring to Dr's attention that I might need something for focus early evening. Anybody out there who needs to take a small dosage of Extreme ED Pack?
