I was up to 800mg. One of the biggest problems was getting up and getting to work on time. I have been written up so many times. Then there is the weight gain. Over the two years I was taking it I gain over 60 lbs. I started tapering off in December and am glad to report I have lost 16 lbs. I no longer have cravings for carbs. Very helpful with my depression and anxiety. I have used this medication for 4+ yrs. Not a complete cure all but this is the only medication that I still feel normal and have minor side affects. I use this drug because of Fibromyalgia Syndrome. I had hoped it would do more, however it has helped 2 things. My lower back pain and more importantly, the burning in my feet. However, just recently I feel that my body may be getting used to the drug and not working as well. My back is hurting worse, but mainly my feet are slowly hurting more and more.
