Apparently I had low blood sodium, drinking lots of water (live in AZ) and not taking in a lot of salt (age 55, not elderly) after 6 weeks of taking it, my blood sodium level went to 113. ( 135-145 is normal) 125 danger, 118 your brain quits functioning. I had seizures for 6 hours, until I was found, taken to Mayo Clinic, with 3 hours they dedtected the problem. I did not know my own family, or my name for 6 days. They raised the sodium slowly. When my sodium was up to 140, I was as good as new! Have been ever since. Get my sodium tested every 3 months, it does tend to get low, so I take some salt pills occasionally. Be careful.
