well I just started this med 2 days ago and have lost two pounds already......I'm on my third day now......first day I felt a little weird.....lasted a few minutes but it went away.....second day felt fine.....but today I'm feeling a little anxious and out of breath......went away after a while.....med is working but will see if I can tolerate for a fwe more days.....will keep you posted.kn by ISIDRO from Mason City, IL
