While taking this medication I was so depressed I attempted suicide I am just glad my wife and mother found the letter before it was too late. I have had seizures all my life, My current medication wasn't working for me, My doctor's replaced the one that wasn't working and I started taking Endep and I can tell the difference in two days. And I got my life back. That was a life changing part of my life and it feels great. There's that relief of safety and security of doing normal activities. That other people think it is funny, but to me, I can't discribe the feeling. After 11 back surg., fusions, now have failed back syndrome and Fibro. Implanted w/intrathecal morphine pump 6 wks ago. Was put on 100mg/day of Endep 2 mos. ago. Calves, feet & hands terribly swollen, painful, & skin very sore. Can't get any rings on, can't get most shoes on, joints hurt much worse than before Endep, can hardly get out of a chair, & very painful to walk. Dosage was reduced to 75mg/day 2 wks ago, but no change in swelling or pain. Stopped taking it 4 days ago, but swelling & pain haven't gone down yet. Pain in knees & feet make it almost unbearable to walk or get up. I'm worried that the swelling & pain won't go away now, because it doesn't seem to be reducing at all. Actually, its my wife that took it. And, everything was going along well, until "Access" of Arizona took over paying for it, then they stopped paying for it.
