This medication does relieve pain, not for a long period, but does help at the first 2-3 hours. Howver this is the most addicted pain medicine I have ever taken. Used as labeled it wasn't long before I found I needed more to get the same results. Before I knew it I was completely HOOKED on this med. I HAD TO HAVE IT MORE FREQUENTLY as the time went on. I started with 5mg, then 7.5mg and then 10mg. I knew what was happening but I couldn't control it. I had to get off this pill. The withdrawal sysptoms were horrible. I see now why some people have to be detoxed. I couldn't afford the luxury of this so I did it myself. Three days of HELL. Anxiety like you wouldn't believe it, cramps, shortness of breath, not able to eat anything, deprtession, and just no will to go on. I prayed about it and with the help of the Lord I made it through. My Dr. prescribed me this medications to help clear up a yeast infection. I am taking 500mg twice daily for three days. The first day i didn't really notice any side effects other then some dizziness. After the third dosage i started feel nauseous, dizzy and tired. later in the day my legs started to ache. I couldn't sleep at all, Im exhausted my eyes are on fire but i can't sleep. It is now the third day of the medication legs still ache still nauseous and the pain from the yeast infection is starting to make a slow return it was gone all yesterday but i van feel it. i am hopeful that it is only because i haven't taken my fifth dosage yet.
