I am giving up hope on Renova. THIS WAS my last resort anti-D. Started 20mg am 30 days (reduced irritability)then 30mg am 6 week(considrably reduced anxiety, but still have to take Ativan)THen started atlernating 30mg 1 day, 40mg next day. Note I have to take 20mg am, 20mg pm w/ 9 hour spread between doses. Total time 3 months since started. IT IS NOT WORKING..THere is NO lifting of depression. feel bad and awful many days. Can't function, shower, brush teeth, drive...trapped in house feeling bad and VERY depressed. Shrink keeps saying now can't help me..Seen 3 other shrinks..no help..ONLY anti-D that worked was Zoloft and DR bulled me into Prozac and all hel let loose and Renova is NOT helping my depression at all. Celexa(headaches) Prozac(made my head go crazy then terribe anxiety. Lexapro(gave me anxiety)Paxil (5mg at night woke me up at 4am..) I just can't be an untreatable, can't live like this. Was prescribed for a Urinary Tract Infection. First day had extreme nausea, stomach cramps, and could not sleep. Second day, only took half the dose and had stomach cramping and diarrhea . Back to regular dose on third day and had abdominal cramping and lower back pain. Seems like the side effects of this drug are worse than the original condition it was being prescribed for.
