i hope my note helps someone...stuff that i wish i had known before taking this medicine... PLEASE read about this medicine before you take it. at first i was taking 10mg and was having memory/word finding problems and doing things at night that i could not recall the next day. so, i started taking half a pill which worked much better. however, i did not know that they strongly recommended that you get 7-8 hours of sleep when taking this pill. 2 nights in a row i only got 5-6 hours of sleep after taking a whole pill each night. the results were awful. i had panick attacks, became very paranoid, and started having bad, abnormal thoughts (suicide, etc). this only lasted for a couple of days but really, really scared me. so, please be careful when taking this medicine... read the directions carefully. and if you notice any personality/mental changes, STOP TAKING THE MEDICINE. thank you for your time. by QUINTIN from Edgar, NE
