I have lower back issues after a car accident. I've been using this pill 6 months now. I only take it during the day because it keeps me up at night. Last pill for the day, if need, by 4PM, so I can go to bed by 10PM. These pills do aleviating the pain and allow me to do things I couldn't normally do if I weren't on them. First thing in the morning is a must before the pain from getting moving sets in - that's when it works best for me. It does constipate me so I've upped my fiber intake. Don't be surprised if you feel a little itchy all over - nothing major but you will notice it now and then, not all the time. I was prescribed .5mg for my panic attacks and could take up to 3x a day. However, the worst withdrawal I have every had from any kind of drug is from this drug. Vomiting for days, incredible sense of smell where everything smelled awful and made the vomiting worse. 3 different times over the course of 6 months I ended up in the hospital but no one could diagnose the problem until one of my pain management doctors told me it sounded like Zoloft withdrawal symptoms. I have never taken another one since and have been fine. I am now taking diazepam and doing fine. But please watch how you take Zoloft and de-finitely discuss with a health care professional how to taper off the drug. I have taken this for over 3 years. I have now weaned myself off due to "knots" for a lack of better word that were developing on my and face.
