Day 4 of taking this med. I knew that a whole pill would be too much at once so I put myself on 1/2 a pill at 7am and the other 1/2 at noon. (I take Ambien some nights to sleep) I have no urge to eat and don't get sick like some OTC appetite suppresants I've taken before. I do get shaky if I don't eat so I have a piece of toast or some protein every few hours. I have a racing heart rate but that just tells me it's working - my metabolism is speeding up.
