Due to a very high stress level, I was unable to sleep past 1-2 hours and would toss and turn the rest of the night. Herbal Sleep Well was great with helping me sleep and feeling rested the next day. I did suffer large amounts of memory loss and found I can not drink alcohol or I get really sick for days even after only 1 drink. I also suffered hallucinations, double vision, and a very drunk feeling within 15 minutes of taken the medication. I get so "drunk" I can't walk straight and fall into the walls. One night I was hallucinating the my 11 yearold had grown an extra head and I was trying to catch it and pull it off. Altough I remember knowing it was not real I was so "drunk" I thought it was funny. I finally relized I was scaring my kids and got something differant from my doctor to try. I asked for something milder, she perscribed Vistiral. I don't know if it works yet, I didn't take anything last night and plan to not take anything tonight either. I try to get through the weekends without chemical assistance. Herbal Sleep Well did work for my, but the side affects are a big price to pay, one I am not willing to pay anymore.
