Dosage 18mg. once per day. Have had to reduce from once per day, then to two days on and one off, now to every other day due to side effects. Physically and mentally hyperactive,insomnia,intense dreams disrupting sleep including violent leg thrashing. Also an extremely offensive body odour and bad breath upon waking. Had the same problems with Ritalin 20 years ago. Used to be on Cylert which worked well but it was pulled from the market due to danger of death from kidney? failure.
