I have been on Celebrex since around 2003. Started out at 80 mg and it worked great. However, once my body got immune to the medicine, I had to take 160 mg of it. Just recently, I had to up it again because my depression was getting out of hand. My doctor upped it to 240 mg (which is the highest you can be on) and I feel like myslef again!! Only problem, what's going to happen when my body gets immune to this much? The only side effect is that it makes me very sleepy. I take all 3 pills at night about 2 hours before I go to bed and I sleep throughout the night no problem. I've been on every kind of medicine out there and Celebrex seems to be the only one that works for me. Unless my body gets immune to it.
