I have been prescribed Accutane XL 150mg a day for 2 weeks then increased to 300mg. I have been taking it for 12 days now and the first 7 days were hell, I am feeling much better now. I was haveing extreme headaches, dizzyness, nausia, sleepy. I missed 4 days of work and spent most of my time in bed because I felt so bad.
