yes 6:14PM...my Dr. told me every individual needs to figure this out on their own, to take day or night. I started to take it during the day and just couldn't handle it so I changed to about 8PM every night now and have no problems sleeping for the most part. I do occasionally have very interesting dreams but generally wake up feeling fine. I have been on this for about 6 weeks and wanted to read reviews from others bc I was beginning to suspect it was hindering my weight loss. I am so glad I am not alone. I have been running and weight training more than ever in the past four weeks and I have gained pounds and it is not muscle! It didn't make sense and I was getting very frustrated. I have been taking this since Feb. 04 after I had a PE. I was 24 when they diagnosed me and told me that I will be on it for the rest of my life. I got the PE from taking birthcontrol and plus I have factor 5 and Lupis anti-coagulant. Those were factors for my clots. I have to be very careful about getting pregnant. I will have to get off of the coumadin and give myself hepren shots twice a day so it won't harm the baby. I love to play rough sports like basketball, soccer, and football. I was in the Army, so they gave me a medical discarge. I can't do that anymore and that is my downside of the drug and not being able to eat greens.
