I have been taking this for 2 months now, before I was taking Cymbalta which worked great for my anxiety and depression, but cost too much. The Prothiaden works too, but I have noticed that if a miss a dose,I get that brain zap. On the plus side I have lost 12 lbs and although I still remain very nauseous when I take it, after eating a small amount of food, I feel better. On the downside, I am unable to sleep as I did with the Cymbalta, and when I do sleep, I have these horrible nightmares that I never had before. It is like the medication is bringing all my fears and anxieties to life in my head each night.
