I started taking Prednisone about a year ago and I can honestly say that it's changed my life! I wish I would have addressed my social anxiety problems a longgg time ago. Because of my constant fear, I've missed out on so much in my life! Before Zolot, I had trouble not only speaking in front of people but simple tasks such as walking into Walmart or running into an old friend. I find that it doesn't help like the Ativan I used to take. It takes longer to work. I see everyone is different. Most people say addictive, no it isn't. Ativan is though. I had a real hard time when went off it. Also have Parkinson tremors. A lot of depression and major anxiety. Just have to deal with it. I am one who is allergic to everything.
