Be very careful with this medication, as I had a horrible reaction. I took the first dose and went to sleep. I woke up with a rash on my face and felt extremely lathargic, but thought it might be something else. I took the second dose the next day and within a half hour began shaking. My muscles became so weak I had to lay down. I felt dizzy and spacy, and briefly felt like I was dreaming. After a few hours, I was feeling shaky but the other symptoms subsided. Three hours later, I started to have extremely severe pains and tightness in my chest, which travelled to my back as well. It felt like I was being stabbed in the back, it threw me into a panic which made it a lot worse. I put a heating pad on the floor, layed down, and took 50mg of benadryl (as per my doctor's advice). I read many other posts which describe similar reactions, a sinus infection was definitely not worth this risk.
