I was taken by ambulance and was hospitalized because of Clozaril. They did continual blood testing, ultrasound, x-rays and the doctors diagnosis was Clozaril was gaving me drug induced hepatitis. I take it for muscle spasms/tightness from the waist down. I have cauda equina syndrome which left me with permanent nerve damage. Has help drastically with the muscles. Main side effect is weakness.
