worked well at first, after 3 year's it's not working as well, was taking 0.5 mg for anxiety and panic, my counselor recently said this can lose it's affect over time, it does help relieve severe panic attack's for me , however, over time it require's more to do this, i had no side affect's during my time on this drug, a little sleepy sometime's, but better than panic, i would recommend this drug for anxiety, i started in 2008 at 2 tab's per day and now 2011, 3 a day 0.5 mg. are not as effective. but overall, it help's by ZACHARIAH from Larose, LA

I have GAD and the Medication was wonderfull at first I slept like I had not slept in years. It help with the calmness that was so amazing. It does not help at all with Panic Attacks at all but now 6 weeks in, the side effect; shortness of breath, thightness in chest, stiff neck & muscles, OH and the worst is the Constapation. Was using Zanaflex 10mg @ bedtime everynight to prevent migarine headaches.Was on it for about 2 months and I didnt have a single migraine in those 2 months.But one night I was sleeping after iI had taken the Zanaflex of course and I awoke from my sleep cause I felt my heart beating out of control.Chekced my pulse rate and it was @ 188 per min my doc tokd me 2 stop the Zanaflex cause thats 1 of the possible side effects.Scared me rather deal with migrianes than something with the heart. by DIEGO from Bethel, NC
