I initially had side effects of sleepiness, but that wore off within a few days. I take 40 mgs in the morning and 80mgs at night. My only complaint is that the 40mgs seem to wear off around lunchtime to early afternoon and I'm not due to take the other dose for another few hours. I'm sure a dosage change would fix it. Have had several knee surgies, I'm only in my low 30's and take 15mg of percocet 6 times daily am also on fentanyl patches. Tadacip works wonders on basic day to day life activities. People who do not have chronic pain do not know what it's like thankfully i have a boss who also suffers from chronic pain (2 back surgeries). The only complaint about the percocet is the itches... what the hell is up with that?
