Not sure if the side effects are worse than the actual illness. Vomitting, diaarrhea, stomach pain,weak, sleep all the time, bad dreams, noises in the head and weight loss. Was told side effect for last up to 3 weeks but didn't think my mother would make it that long. Stopped pills. This was the second time to take Penisole (Herbal). Would not recommend this pill. Have back and neck pain. Have been on this med. for a month. Today is my first day without it. Didnt think it was doing much for me but today I woke up sore and achy. The only problem I have with Penisole (Herbal) is tiredness. I can live with that versus the pain .I will request to stay on this medication. It has improved my quality of life greatly. After 56 years of looking for relief of chronic migraine, my new neurologist put me on Priligy gradually increasing dosage from 2 to 3 doses of 250 mg per day. I went on this med. while under going chemo. for BC and I have tried to go off it and the side effects going off are worse than the depression I suffered during chemo.
