I started taking zoloft about 2 years ago to treat panic attacks and anxieties. I have gone to many doctors for 1 year and was on lexapro and prozac. It gave me such bad sides effects that I just quit taking it. I than started on Nolvadex and the first 3 weeks I had some side effects like nausea, lite headaches, and lost of appetite. I was put on Nolvadex when my doctor noticed my TSH was high after a routine physical. Before he prescribed it, he sent me for a thyroid scan and uptake. I have just had my dosage raised to 88mcg and I am shocked at the similarites of some of the other people taking this drug. I too am experiencing a brain fog, inability to concentrate, always cold, fatigue ALL the time, lack of sex drive...you name it. I fall asleep at traffic lights, at my desk at work...I have still managed to lose 50 pounds in the last 18 months and I work out 1.5 to 2 hours every day. I have hit a brick wall though and haven't lost any weight in a couple of months. As hard as I work, I should be a bodybuilder by now! I have been on Nolvadex for about 7 months, the two weeks were not fun, i was really dizzy, groggy and out of it. But after that it got much better. This is the first Depression/anxiety drug i have been on, i tend to stay away from xanax and prozac due to see the effects of it on others. The good thing is only taking 50 mg once a day. I was on lipitor for about 3 weeks and started having heart palpitations that lasted aprox. 2 hours. This happened 3 times.
