within a few days of starting I felt fantastic! Had hot flashes and sweating for the first few weeks, that passed. My sleep went to hell and even with heavy sleeping meds could only get 3-4 hours at a time. gained 25 pounds in about 3 months even though eating habits hadn't changed and I actually had loads of energy.
