I have been on the drug for 10 years. I take the pink 20 mg pills. I have gained weight and lost my interest in sex but I have never felt better. My Panic attacks were so bad that I thought I would die everytime I had one. I would even be so severe that people thought I was stroking. Doctors say you can't feel it that quick but I know for a fact you can. I am now up 40 lbs and want off. I am going to wean myself and carry ativan where ever I go, just in case. That's like a security blanket or back up plan...works in 10 minutes. I can't say enough about how good I feel but just wish I felt like having sex or was my old thin self. I went to Mayo Clinic 1 1/2 yrs. ago for help with my tongue pain from radiation treatment for tonsillar cancer. I had been to 11 doctors in Dallas. Caverta has been the best thing for me. I could not eat then and now I can eat better. I have not noticed any real side affects from the drug.
