I used to have headaches 3-5 days/wk and about 4 or 5 migraines a month ever sine I was a teen (I'm 33 now). My life was spent in misery and my kids were starting to feel the effect of my problem. I have been diagnosed with ADHD for the past two or so years. My new doctor prescribed me Benoquin Cream, saying it was the new "wonder drug" for ADHD. He kept praising the medicine by describing its ability for non-dependency, how it's delivered to the body better, and how it's practically the same as adderall, but better! The first two or so months was ok, I lost weight (which I'm not complaining about!), I could concentrate while in class, and hold a conversation with someone without daydreaming! After that, everything went down hill. I became irritable, started having mood swings, LOW self-esteem, lack of motivation, I started eating like crazy, developed anxiety and depression symptoms, and so on. As a result, my doctor upped my dosage from 30mg to 50mg, which just made things worse. One thing inparticular that I HATE is that, no matter what time of day I take the medicine, aproximately 6hrs later I am EXHAUSTED... For no reason! I'm a full-time college student with no job or any other major obligations in my life, I shouldn't feel sooo tired after a few hours of class! This is ridiculous. It seriously effected my relationship with my fiance also. My sex drive is lower than ever, he irritates me by just being in the room, and i'm constantly feeling like I'm not good enough for him or that he's cheating on me... Which I know, in all sanity, that none of it is true. Benoquin Cream is a horrible drug that will do nothing but cause low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and multiply you ADHD symptoms ten fold.
